AutoFour
was founded in 1979. Due to rapid growth within the first four years the company
had to relocate to larger premises.
During the next eight years the company workforce increased from 4-12 along with the introduction of CNC stars rather than the older CAM Autos
In this time the company also extended it's markets and we are now actively involved with blue chip companies such as Renishaw, Moog Controls, Spirax Sarco and Smiths Industries.
AutoFour moved to its current premises in 1991.
Investment in AutoFour is very much a key factor to it's success.
The old style CAM Auto's are slowly being replaced with the latest CNC technology.
Since 1991 the company has purchased 4 CNC Star 16's, 2 Bridgeport Vertical Mills, 2x9 axis 10mm Tornos Deco 2000 and 1x10 axis 25mm Tornos Deco 2000 machines.
